SENTINELENVIRONMENTAL INTELLIGENCE
Website privacy notice

Privacy & transparency.

How we handle website enquiries and callback requests.

Who we are

Sentinel Environmental Intelligence Ltd, company number 17362212, is responsible for personal information received through this website. Registered office: 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ. For privacy enquiries, email sentinel.environmental@proton.me.

Information we collect

The callback form asks only for a telephone number. Our form and hosting providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and request times to deliver and secure their services. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information or evidential material through the callback form.

Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, arrange a callback, understand your requirements and discuss a possible instruction. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests for our professional services, while respecting the interests and reasonable expectations of the person contacting us. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, processing may also be necessary for those pre-contractual steps. We do not add callback numbers to marketing lists.

Service providers and international processing

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Callback submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our Proton email inbox. These providers process information necessary to operate and secure their services. Formspree operates technical infrastructure in the United States; provider processing may take place outside the United Kingdom. Applicable provider terms and data-transfer arrangements govern that processing. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Provider information: Formspree privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Proton privacy policy.

How long we keep information

We delete callback telephone numbers and related enquiry records within 30 days of completing the enquiry, unless they are needed for an ongoing client relationship, an agreed follow-up or a legal obligation. This includes copies in our inbox and the form dashboard under our control. Provider security logs and backups follow the providers’ retention arrangements. Information needed for a subsequent client instruction is handled under the arrangements explained when that instruction is agreed.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email address above to exercise your rights or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and website use

Our website code sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting and form providers may use technical measures necessary to deliver and protect their services. External links lead to sites with their own privacy information.

Service information is general. Acceptance of an instruction is subject to assessment, agreed scope and terms. Investigation outcomes depend on the evidence available and cannot be guaranteed.
